【摘要】:1.1Thisspecificationcoversthephysicalrequirementsforthefullycuredelastomericalloyandthemovementcapabilitiesofpreformedarchitecturalcompressionsealsusedforsealingexpansionjointsinbuildingsandparkingstructures.Thepreformedarchitecturalstripsealisanelastomericextrusion.Thisextrusioniseitheramembraneortubularhavinganinternalbafflesystemproducedcontinuouslyandlongitudinallythroughoutthematerial.Theseextrusionsaresecuredinoroverajointbylockingrailsoranenddamnosingmaterial.Thearchitecturalstripsealiscompressedandexpandedbythismechanicalorchemicalattachment.Note1MovementcapabilityisdefinedinTestMethodE1399.1.2Thisspecificationcoversallcolorsofarchitecturalstripseals.Note2Theproductsdescribedinthisspecificationaremanufacturedfromthermoplasticelastomersdefinedas"fullycuredelastomericalloys"inTestMethodD5048.1.3ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.4Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
